I began my career in the Sport and Leisure industry in 1993 qualifying as a swimming coach in 1994. During my initial training I developed a keen interest in the way the human body works and responds to exercise and general movement.

Over the years I have had the privilege of coaching and working with athletes competing at national and international level in swimming and triathlon and members of the Armed Forces including injured soldiers attending remedial and recovery programmes. I have often been approached for advice by people struggling with general muscle pain and repetitive injuries.

I completed a certificate in the Management and Treatment of Sports Injuries with the Football Association in 1997 and I have since gone on to study Sports Massage Therapy at the University of Bath. I have been able to use my knowledge of human anatomy and physiology along with my coaching experience to compliment my massage therapy to help relieve immediate symptoms as well as working with my clients to develop ongoing plans to reduce the risk of re-occurrence.

More recently I completed the Myofascial Structural Series which I have been using to enhance the treatments I offer to clients either as a stand alone therapy or to compliment the more traditional Sports Massage techniques.

I work along side my partner from our own treatment room within a private gym located just off of Warminster High Street, with appointments available between 8am and 8pm Mon - Sat.
