With Circular Flow we work on balancing the body and the mind through bodywork, movement, yoga and sound.

Most of my approach to the body comes from a fascial aspect.

Through Bodywork-whether it is for an injury, pain relief or for women's health I use Myofascial Release, and various massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point work, neuro-muscular techniques and muscle energy techniques. I am trained in internal and external MFR techniques for pelvic health.

Through movement- I teach Yoga influenced by tai-chi and moving within our fascial network. I teach general Flow Yoga classes, 121 with massage clients who need self care exercises, pre and postnatal women.

Through Sound - I facilitate Sound baths, which work with frequencies and sound vibrations that carry into the cells and tissues of the body similar to the hands on effect of MFR.
